We have a lot invested in this business—including a showroom and website. We would be out of business pretty quick if we didn’t pay our customers. But if you are still concerned, pick the paypal option, we will fund your account as soon as you say “I am ready to ship”.
We want to put money in your hands as fast as you can read the alphabet backwards! However, it depends on how you want to receive your money. We can mail you a check, but we do that on Fridays (our bookkeeper is adamant about that). If you have a Paypal account, we’ll put your money in your account as soon as you say the bike is ready to ship. It’s your money, so you make the call and we deliver.
You have our word as long as the actual condition of your bike matches the description that you provide. Please be honest and thorough when describing your bike—no sugar coating. There may be cases where we may find something you missed. Here is the checklist of the most common things to look for to ensure you are describing your bike accurately:
- Is anything broken or not working correctly?
- Are there severe scratches or dents on frame/components due to crashes?
- Give us a ballpark estimate on the number of miles put into the bike.
Please feel free to contact Goodbye Cycle if you do not feel comfortable with any assessment and a manager will gladly take a second look at your bike.
